amb_cricket_1.flac and amb_frog_1.flac, from the Blender Foundation's
Yo Frankie! assets, submitted to OpenGameArt by Lamoot. Used for insects.wav

Rebuilding
Run tools/audio/fetch_surface_sources.py, then
tools/audio/build_surface_audio.py (Python, numpy, soundfile).
Output WAVs are 48 kHz, stereo, PCM16. Loops use crossfaded seams. One-shots
retain the recording's natural character and are spatialised in the game.
